Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons per unit (strictly enforced). Booking online is now available. To book a unit Click on "Calendar/Quote or Reserve" and follow the online insturctions. We require a $250.00 credit card deposit in order to book a unit. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover for deposits. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from Venture Out Beach Rentals. All bookings require a cleaning fee and sales tax of 12%. ALL Units require you to bring your own sheets and towels. All units are non-smoking and NO PETS. You must be 25 Years or Older to rent a home. ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS.
